·         Reconsideration of more prompt dues payment requirements.  Cannot restrict unpaid members from getting CE credit.

·         Status of provisions for electronic dues payment. Larry: PayPal accounts available for non-profits for free (+1.5% donation from them)

·         $100 Donation to 1890 House sent with letter of thanks.

In Broome/Tioga County, New York, community level is back up to High.

·         Continuing Call for new CE Opportunities from Members: Mini Subjects, Allied Trades & Larry has extended an invitation to a product rep from Kidde to talk about their product line and their more advanced new detector/alarm products.  He just had hip surgery so looking at a later date.

·         Officer’s List of “Duties” Status

·         December Dinner MeetingHow many will attend??

o   Dinner (Social) Meeting – Lost Dog Cafe, Binghamton –

o   6PM Tuesday 12/13

o    Private Room Dinner Party – Served Meals: Estimated cost per person ~$40-45 All costs (except bar) included:  (2) appetizers; Salad; Entrée (Tenderloin Tips or Sesame Ginger Salmon – with mashed/rice, etc.; Chocolate Cake; Fountain drinks, tea,coffee – Cash Bar

New Business

·         State Workforce Program – Required Interviews

·         Officer Nominations – Russ Fontaine willing to re-up as VP/YCE Coordinator. No other willing candidates for various reasons.  No response from Nate as to Treasurer. Jamie will still provide tech support and Frank willing to help new Secretary get up to speed.  Nominations from Floor.

·         Budget Proposal None – No current Treasuer’s Report – Nate had CV – may be moot if no officers for 2023-4
