  • Tech-Talk Segment Tonight: “Common Cleated Wood Beam/Floor Joist Connection Issues Leading to Building Settlement” – Round Table Discussion led by Keith Oberg
  • Tonight’s 2 credit CE Training: “Ladder Safety”. George Schambach and Keith Oberg will present an updated 2 hour CE course on Ladder Safety..  It will be expanded to include all manner of safety issues encountered by home inspectors including electrical, confined space, CO, fire safety, environmental contaminate exposure, etc.  Plan to share your own safety concerns and experiences at the session.
