  • Monthly Treasurer’s Report (Posted?)
  • Dues Status.  Dues were due by time of January meeting. (Delinquent members will be dropped from membership if not paid by June 30)
  • Vice President’s (Russ Fontaine) ordinary mid-term audit of STAHI account.
  • Status of provisions for electronic dues payment (Currently Venmo: NateMann94)  Looking to set up Venmo account for STAHI.

Education Coordinator Report (Charlie Reiman, Education Coordinator, + Dennis Cole and Dick Alton)

  • Projected CE Training
    • 2022 CE Calendar
    • NYS status of Aaron Menlove Insurance program: Aaron has presentations ready for STAHI to submit to State.  Education Committee please follow up and get on schedule (early Fall?)
    • Status of NYS Strong Tie Insurance CE program? Rescheduled from May?
    • Exploration of Air Source mini-split CE program?
    • Status of follow-up on proposal for a series of Show-n-Tell for various categories suggested by Larry Ames.  NYS certified instructor volunteers requested to conduct Show-n-Tells. Meal and Thanks! provided to instructors willing to do this without fee to expand STAHI CE offerings.
    • Tom Sherman/InspectNet offers approved 3 NYS CE Inspect-out for our use.

NYSAHI Report (Tom Ott & Larry Ames 2021-22 STAHI Representatives)

  • Meeting re-scheduled for 4/19 (today). 
  • STAHI Referral of GBAR Purchase Agreement provision to turn over all reports to Seller.
  • Looking for member input for what would add value to their NYSAHI membership. Ideas for Heads Up articles??? Others?

Old Business

  • Corona Virus Conditions – CDC Risk by County – Broome/Tioga had been down, but back up to “High”.  Central NY a hot spot for new COVID strain.  Should re-consider planned in-person for May. 
  • Continuing Call for new CE Opportunities from Members

    • Show N Tell Submissions
  • Any with unpaid dues by June 30 will receive notification of being dropped from membership
  • Status of BOCES Scholarship (Dennis Cole)
  • President Requested Officers (including Ed Comm Chair) to prepare list of “Duties” for review at this meeting.  With step-wise instructions for YourCE, Zoom, Website, etc.
