- Update: by Rebecca Jones, Upstate Appraisals, Johnson City, NY, regarding amendment of Appraisal Management Law that effects the Home Inspection profession, allowing home inspectors to be hired to perform property inspections or property evaluations through an Appraisal Management Company.
